We are currently looking for an experienced service manager for a mission in the domain of IAA (Identification, Authorisation en Authentication).
The projects that require support are aimed at the development of a digitalized next generation e-ID.
The service manager will represent the client and act as liaison between the suppliers that are working on the projects and the management of our client.
- Proven and senior experience in service management
- Fluency in French and Dutch with good knowledge of English
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Solution driven
- Strong admin and reporting practice
- Experience with project management, software development, release and deployment of applications
- Experience in IAA and IAM would be a very strong plus
