Our client is a government institution which has grown significantly over the last years with 150 to 200 projects simultaneously on-going. They have both external providers and external clients with whom they have concluded SLA’s, MLA’s, T&M and fixed price contracts.
The process supporting both the contractual agreements with the suppliers and the clients needs to be more streamlined and aligned with each other so that the service levels and milestones agreed with the clients can be delivered in a more efficient and effective way.
The consultant they are looking needs to have proven experience with:
Service and project delivery in an ICT environment
Service Level Management/Service Level Requirements (suppliers/clients)
Client contract management taking into account the underpinning contracts with the suppliers.
The legal aspect is covered by the legal department so experience in the legal area is certainly a plus but not a mandatory requirement. The same goes for the financial management.
Fluency in either Dutch or French is required with a good understanding of the other language + very good command of English. Start is asap and duration is estimated around 4 months, extendable.
